We carefully sorted through the piles of applications and decided this group couldn’t be more deserving of a seat on Awesome Newcastle’s board.

There are nine permanent board members. The tenth spot is left open for a guest position every month – friends of the board are very welcome and guest applications are open now.

The first chance to get together is our first board meeting, scheduled for the end of September. This is when we’ll award the first $1,000 grant.
